Valve Service

This is what we do when we service your valve.

Inspect

Both the cylinder valve threads and the 1st stage regulator threads are visually checked and tested with a calibrated gauge (go/no-go).

Disassemble

The valve is taken apart

Degrease

In the first heated  ultrasonic cleaner  containing a degreasing solution.

Wash

In the second heated ultrasonic cleaner  containing a cleaning solution.

Rinse

In the third heated ultrasonic cleaner  containing clean  water.

Dry.

With clean dry air.

Replace

Any worn broken part, with genuine parts to make the valve serviceable.

Reassemble

With manufacturers O rings and oxygen comparable lubricant.

Replace

The valve is then replaced in the cylinder and tightened to the correct torque.
